Office 365 SharePoint Portal
The Company SharePoint portal link HERE provides access to your cloud based Office 365 account. Office 365 provides online resources such as our SharePoint document library, Lync 2013 Messenger, and Outlook Web Access. Additionally, Office Web Apps such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are available.
Outlook Web Access (OWA)
The link HERE provides direct access to your Trofholz email account using your favorite browser. Supported Browsers include: Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome. The online Lync chat client is also available at this online site.
The Helpdesk portal link HERE provides access to the corporate incident management system. Please use this portal to submit and track helpdesk related incidents. Optionally, you may submit tickets via the following methods:
- Call the Trofholz Employee Helpdesk at (866) 529-0937 Option #2
Normal business hours M-F 8am to 5pm PST (closed for lunch 12-1pm)
- Submitted Service Requests and Helpdesk Incidents – acknowledge the incident within 30 minutes
- Level 1 incidents – resolve within 2 hours with 90% first contact resolution
- Level 2 incidents – resolve within 8 hours
- Low Priority – resolve 95% within 40 hours
- Service Request – resolve 95% within 3 weeks of initial request within IT budget
The AD Password Reset utility HERE is used to change your existing Trofholz.com Active Directory account. If you know your last password, whether expired or not, you can use this utility to change your password.
Unanet Time & Expense
The Unanet Time and Expense Report application HERE is used to log daily time or file expense reports for reimbursement. Sign in using your Office 365 account login.
ADP Workforce Now
The link HERE provides direct access to your ADP Workforce Now account. In addition to holding all of our company forms, policies, and tools, it also has a direct link to your personal pay and benefits information.
Cigna Machine Readable Files (MRF’s)
This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
