Yvonne Pire

CEO

Yvonne Pire is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Trofholz Technologies, Inc. Her leadership successfully led Trofholz to become an award-winning, technology systems integration company. Her unwavering commitment to quality, fierce determination, attention to detail, and rock-solid integrity are the foundation of our continued success. She firmly believes in the principles of QCCI Team(Quality, Commitment, Creativity, Integrity, and Team) and is a prime example of each one.

Yvonne started her career in the U.S. Air Force as a Security Specialist. In this role she supported high-level security systems, managed Top-Secret/SCI personnel security programs, and completed Wing level security assessments. She served overseas at Sembach Air Base in Germany. During the Gulf War, she served at  Incirlik Air Base, Turkey and Riyadh Saudi Arabia. She also served at all four bases in San Antonio. She was recognized as Security Specialist of the Year for the Electronic Security Command. After the Air Force, Yvonne held roles in corporate software and training environments. This combined experience was the catalyst for her career as a government contractor in the information technology and security arena.

Yvonne was a Sacramento Business Journal Woman Who Means Business in 2013. She was also the Region IX Small Business Person of the Year for the Minority Business Development Agency.

David Raymond

Vice President, Business Development

David Raymond joined Trofholz in October of 2002. As a founding team members, Dave is “The Godfather”, filling numerous roles in his 15 years. He as served as everything from Project Manager to Operations Director. He has overseen security programs for the  Bureau of Reclamation, US Army Corps, and USDA. In 2006, Dave received the first Trofholz QCCI Leadership Award. Now he leads the vision of which innovative products and solutions the Trofholz team sells to our clients.

Prior to Trofholz, Dave worked for a systems integrator after serving in the U.S. Air Force, retiring from active duty in October of 2000. As a member of the 20th Airlift Squadron, Charleston AFB, he supported operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Combined, he logged over 50 hours of flight combat time and 1500 hours of logistics support time. He flew support mission for Desert Strike from the remote British Territory Island of Diego Garcia, conducting aerial refueling missions for strike forces in Iraq.

Brenna Pedone

Vice President of Support Services

Brenna Pedone leads the Trofholz Support Group comprised of Finance, Contracts Management, Human Resources and Administration. As a strategic business partner, she drives key business plans while initiating performance initiatives. She conducts extensive analysis of organizational practices and develops business strategies to ensure company objectives are achieved. Brenna exemplifies achieving corporate goals through partnering with team members at all levels of the organization.

Brenna joined Trofholz Technologies, Inc. in 2005. She quickly established herself as an integral role, building the HR department and carrying out critical executive-level projects. She continues to be essential in establishing and implementing new business processes, improving department efficiencies and team development. As a lead negotiator, she has successfully negotiated millions in various contracts for Trofholz. Brenna is a proud recipient of the esteemed Trofholz Integrity award.

Brenna achieved her Master’s Degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources and Organizational Theory from Sonoma State University.
