Yvonne M. Glenn

President/CEO

Yvonne Glenn is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Trofholz Technologies, Inc. She has successfully led Trofholz to become an award-winning, technology systems integration and professional services company that grew from $11k in revenue and two employees in 2002, to over $28m and 170 talented employees within nine years – all while sustaining a profitable and debt-free status.

Her unwavering commitment to quality, fierce determination, sharp attention to detail, and rock-solid integrity have been the foundation for continued success at Trofholz. She firmly believes in the principles of QCCI (Quality, Commitment, Creativity, Integrity) and is a prime example of each one.

Yvonne started her career in the U.S. Air Force as a Security Specialist where she worked with various high-level security systems, managed Top-Secret/SCI personnel security programs, and was recognized as Security Specialist of the Year for the Electronic Security Command. Her duty assignments included Sembach Air Base in Germany, serving in the Gulf War at Incirlik Air Base in Turkey and Riyadh Saudi Arabia, and all four Air Forces based in San Antonio prior to the base closures. She cross-trained into Paralegal and later separated in 1995. This experience, combined with her corporate roles in software and corporate training environments, was the catalyst for her continued career as a government contractor in the information technology, security systems, and training arena.

Yvonne has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. She currently serves on the Rocklin Area Chamber Board of Directors, as Co-Chair for the Rocklin Chamber Government Relations Committee, and as Treasurer on the Rocklin Area Chamber Political Actions Committee (RACPAC).

 

 

Troy Glenn

Executive Vice President, Business Development

Troy Glenn has 25 years of Information Technology (IT) and Physical Security Electronic Security System (ESS) industry experience. He has established and led high caliber teams who have professionally addressed worldwide complex IT and ESS requirements. Currently, Troy directs the Business Development department on how to best establish and maintain long-term contractual relationships with local, state and federal clients. His team has successfully captured and managed more than $300M in CONUS and OCONUS project operations over the past 10 years while engaged in the procurement, design, and installation activities for agencies like GSA, DOE, US Navy, DOS, USAF and the USMC.

Troy strives to establish solid, value-added relationships and has a proven record of performance in multi-channel markets. He has achieved success by establishing Integrated Project Teams (IPT), ensuring that integrity and reputation for delivery remain the constant focus, and finding creative ways to preserve project budgets. Additionally, he and his team have been able to secure a specific variety of contract vehicles to ensure that his clients are able to easily access the solutions they need, at very cost effective prices. Troy's approach to solving complex problems with cost effective solutions while also deploying talented industry professionals, has helped Trofholz evolve into a premiere small business services and solutions delivery firm.

A veteran, Mr. Glenn also served as a Security Specialist for the US Air Force, securing multi-million dollar assets, managing Top-Secret/SCI accounts and billets, and maintaining personnel security programs. His duty assignments included the Azores, Portugal, Sembach AB, Germany and Kelly AFB, TX. He holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Park College and an A.A degree in Industrial Security from the Community College of the Air Force.

 

 

Brenna Pedone

Vice President, Finance & Administration

Brenna Pedone leads the Trofholz Support Group comprised of Finance, Contracts Management, Human Resources and Administration. As a strategic business partner, she drives key business plans while initiating performance initiatives. She conducts extensive analysis of organizational practices and develops business strategies to ensure company objectives are achieved. Brenna is a corporate leader that has exemplified achieving corporate goals through partnering with team members at all levels of the organization.

Brenna joined Trofholz Technologies, Inc. in 2005 and quickly established herself as an integral role, building the HR department and carrying out critical executive-level projects. Brenna continues to be essential in establishing and implementing new business processes, improving department efficiencies and team development. As a lead negotiator, she has successfully negotiated millions in various contracts for Trofholz. Brenna is a proud recipient of the esteemed Trofholz Integrity award.

Brenna achieved her Master's Degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources and Organizational Theory from Sonoma State University.

 

 

James Crump

Vice President, Technology services & solutions

James Crump leads the Trofholz Operations Delivery Group comprised of Corporate IT Systems, Client Service Desk, Development, Systems Integration and Engineering teams.

James brings more than 20 years of engineering and information technology experience both within the Federal sector and in commercial computing. This includes working as an Electronic Engineer during his time as a civil servant employee, a senior test reactor operator at a nuclear research facility, and designing and deploying enterprise solutions for Fortune 500 companies at Hewlett Packard. Throughout James' career he has focused on and excelled at finding quality solutions to customers problems while innovating and advancing the state of technology.

James grew up in the military as the son of a career Air Force officer of 30 plus years. James has lived all over the world and learned to appreciate different cultures as well as adapt to new situations. James is a graduate of George Mason University with a BS in Electronics Engineering, and an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University with graduate studies in Electronics Engineering.

 

 

Joel Johnson

operations management Director

Joel Johnson leads the Operations Management Team, consisting of Program Managers and scores of employees with diverse skill sets, delivering solutions to clients throughout the world.

Joel has over 25 years of years of leadership and management experience in the security, IT and language industries, to include 20 years as a Military Police Officer in the U.S. Army. As a Certified Protection Professional and Physical Security Professional, he enjoys the challenge of integrating technology with good old fashion risk identification to develop sensible solutions for his clients. Joel joined TTI on the east coast in early 2008 and moved to the corporate team on the west coast in 2009. During his tenure, he has had the opportunity of managing projects under every division within the company, thus he brings a unique perspective of having touched every service offering Trofholz provides. His military career included several overseas assignments and a broad range of security assignments.

One of the reasons he enjoys working for Trofholz is that it allows him to remain close to the military culture – its people, mission and dedication to our nation's security. A native Californian, he has a BS in Business Economics from U.C. Santa Barbara and a Masters in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University.

 

 

David Raymond

product sales & solutions Director

David Raymond joined Trofholz in October of 2002. As one of the founding team members, Dave is affectionately known at Trofholz as "The Godfather" and has filled numerous roles over the past 9 years from Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, to Operations Director. During his time, he has overseen or had direct impact on securing/standing up programs such as the USMC Accelerated Learning Environments, Electronic Security Systems for the Bureau of Reclamation, and Language and Intelligence Services for the U.S. Air Force. In 2006, Dave received the first Trofholz QCCI Leadership Award. Now as Director of Product Sales and Solutions, he leads the vision of which innovative products and solutions the Trofholz team sells to our clients.

Prior to Trofholz, Dave worked for a systems integrator after serving in the U.S. Air Force and retiring from active duty in October of 2000. As a member of the 20th Airlift Squadron, Charleston AFB, Dave participated in the Gulf War Desert Shield and Desert Storm, logging over 50 hours of flight combat time and 1500 hours of logistics support time. He flew support mission for Desert Strike from the remote British Territory Island of Diego Garcia in the India Ocean conducting multiple aerial refueling mission for strike forces in and outbound from Iraq.

 

 

Mike Jackson

quality Director

Mike has served as the Trofholz Quality Manager since 2006. He brings more than 31 years of experience in quality practices, technical project management and construction engineering. He attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, CA, majoring in Mechanical Engineering and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from St. Mary's College in Moraga, CA.

Mike developed and maintains Trofholz's ISO 9001 Quality Management System and the ISO 20000-1 Information Technology Service Management System. His quality career began in the late 1960's when he took a summer job at Mattel Toys as a Quality Control Technician. After several positions as a mechanical engineer and designer, Mike served as Quality Assurance manager for a piping design company and developed their nuclear quality assurance program which lead to lucrative contracts in the nuclear piping industry. He was a Construction Inspector at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, working on their Fusion Test Facility and the Laser programs. Mike moved on to become Quality Manager at Autodesk (the makers of AutoCAD©). After moving to the Sacramento area, Mike was a Project Manager for Intel, in their global IT Department, and joined TTI after a four-year stint as a Marketing Consultant.

Mike says his most memorable accomplishments at TTI are (1) obtaining the ISO 9001 certification, and (2) receiving TTI's prestigious Leadership Award. His favorite quality guru is W. Edwards Deming, and Mike's favorite quote is "the goal is not perfection, it is continuous improvement". Mike's ongoing goal is to ensure that the "Q" (Quality) in QCCI permeates everything Trofholz does, remains at the core of the corporate culture, and drives everyone involved toward increasing levels of customer satisfaction.
